Cordless Phone Model1610 - Complaint
RED BLUFF, CALIFORNIA -- After buying my phone, I read the instructions on the operation. Every button was marked as to it's function, most had 2 functions, but only one worked. For instance the PAUSE/REDAIL only paused, MENU/SELECT, only menu worked. I called Customer Service tells me to go on line cause everyone buzy servicing other customers. When I went on line, and on to Cust. Serv. Iend up on a site that has no connection with Uniden, and be fore they answer you questions/problem, you have to register.
I will solve my problem tomorrow when I return it and buy another make.
