Complaint - They Continue To Charge Me For An Account I Didn't Open

When I closed my account to switch to a different service I found out I had TWO accounts open. Considering that one's mailing address is inherently tied to one's account, how and why this even occurred boggles my mind and is fodder for an entirely separate complaint altogether.

Anyway, this second account had been open for about 4 or 5 months before I discovered it. I thought it was at least fortunate that there wasn't a valid credit card on the account from which they took monthly payments for this second bogus account. Until they told me I couldn't close it until I paid the $50 I owed on it. This was almost two years ago... The bill is now somewhere near $250! They continue to charge me for an account I didn't open and never used and told them to close!
