Tree Classics Complaint - False Advertising
I purchased a prelit tree from Tree classics in November of 2007. After the first year I noticed that a number of the lights had gone out despite their claim that they were "worry free". I received replacement bulbs after the first complaint that placated me, however the tree keeps getting worse. In 2010 I sought to procure replacment bulbs, but was informed they had lost their supplier and to check back. This year (2011) I contacted them to get replacement bulbs and received a response that completely floored me, they had been bought out by someone else, and I was pretty much on my own. So much for warranties.
