Seasonal Specialities/Phillips Complaint - Phillips led lights rusting after 1 season

EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA -- Last year I bought approx. 25 sets of the phillips 60led cool white Christmas lights. Of course, do you think I saved the receipt or box-NO. Getting them out this year, only 3 worked. ALL strands were rusted in the sockets. I pulled some of the bulbs out, and the wires were missing because they rusted. I bought them at Target. Target couldn't help me. Of course they don't sell these anymore. I wrote down the name and phone number on the back of a box of Phillips bulbs & called. They are actually the manufactor & distributor & phillips just gets a kick back for using their name. They told me to ship them to them & they would either fix them or re-imburse me 50% of the retail value. I noticed on this site, several people have had the same trouble, contact the following people: Seasonal Specialities @ 1-800-763-6177. Even getting 50% back is better than nothing. I won't EVER buy Phillips bulbs again.

These are the worst. I bought like 15 boxes of another very reasonable priced brand from Walmart last year and lined the lawn with them. All season, sitting in wet and snow, not one failed. The Phillips brand I believe, start rusting away the second they're out of the box.
