COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA -- On 11/21/11 I ordered a TV from Quickship.com for 2nd day delivery. They promptly charged my Amex card. On 11/23 when I had not received my order nor confirmation of shipping I contacted them. They did not have the item in stock and they cancelled my order. Today, 8 days later I still have not received the credit that is due. Upon calling yet again, I was told they would email me confirmation of the credit I am due. Important to note: merchants who process Amex cards are not allowed under Amex card services to charge a consumers card until the item ships. How can this company not even realize they don't have an item in stock and still charge my card almost $400.
