Fifth Third Bank Complaint - Could care less about business customers - business banking

CINCINNATI, OHIO -- Over a week ago, our company, part of a multi-national group with sales in excess of $1B asked to meet with 5/3rd banks buisness group. After phone calls we finally received a call back many hours later, and after another call back, we received an appointment 6 days later.

Our company carved out 2 hours of our time to meet with Fifth Third so that we could evaluate if they could meet our international banking requirements, including FX, LC and wire services.

About 15 minutes prior to our appointment, we were called by a secretary asking if we could reschedule the meeting a week later. It was explained that a mandatory meeting for Fifth Third employees. I asked if they knew that there was a meeting prior to the 15 minutes before our meeting, and she reluctantly said "yes" but they were not sure it was mandatory.
