TAMPA, FLORIDA -- My husband and I used Supershuttle to get from out hotel in St. Pete to get to the Tampa airport. We did not have internet connection and were told over the phone that our pickup time was 4:30pm. B/c we already had to be checked out of our hotel we went for a walk with the thought of being back for pickup a little early at 4:15. At 3:45 I got an automated call from Supershuttle saying our shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. I called the service and they said it was probably a mistake and that it was common and to go with the time that I was told. Needless to say we got a call from the hotel saying we were going to miss the shuttle and the next one wouldn't be until 5:00. We ran and made it by the skin of our teeth. For $26.00 dollars a head, I'll rent a car next time.

i used supershuttle at jfk airport to manhattan/midtown. they were very polite and made me feel welcome. i suspose this all has to do with the drivers and sate they are in.
