Century Link Complaint - Shady People - Tv, Internet and Phone

FORTMYERS, FLORIDA -- We are opening our own business and decided to go with Century Link for our TV, internet and phone. My husband called to set things up and our neighbor came over and told us she used them and her first bill was triple what it should have been. The other people in our plaza also had problems with them and switched to Comcast. We called to cancel and they told us they already put our money back in our checking account this being almost 300 dollars. I kept checking our account and haven't seen anything. We called back now they are telling us that we paid in a check so we need to be refunded with a check. That will take 4 to 6 weeks. Kinda a different story from when they said they already refunded our money. We have heard so many lies and excuses from these people I'm so glad we didn't decide to stick with them now if I can just get my money back.
