Citibank Professional Master Card Complaint - Offshore customer service
WHO FREEKING KNOWS, TEXAS -- Somebody stole my CC info and began to charge airline tickets in the Phillipines, Hong Kong and Australia. First you have to slug your way through an automated phone tree for 15 minutes and then when you finally get to an actual person, they are foreign and don't speak good English. They are in the Phillipines and India.
What a total pain in the shorts attempting to solve a fraud issue. I am shreding this card and I will never do business with Citibank again.
