Germain Honda of Dublin Complaint - Horrible Service!
DUBLIN, OHIO -- After purchasing my car a few months ago from germain Honda of dublin! everything went horrible. I realized that I never received my spare key for the car I purchased, which is the responsiblity of my salesman to get to me. When I called in about not having my key, he wasn't even sure if he gave it to me, he assumed he did and asked me if I was sure about receiving it or not. I don't think thats something someone just forgets about when buying a new car. Honestly this carlot is a mess, no communication what so ever between employees. Everytime I've came up there I was doing more work than the people who work there, literally walking back in forth from the service building to the used car building passing messages along between people! I don't work for germain Honda, as a customer I should not have to do any of the footwork. I also purchased a ap package when purcahsing my car, which means any scratches or dents on my vechile can be removed. I called made my appointment and came in the next day, when I got there I waited 30 minutes for someone to tell me that they could not work on my car and I would have to make another appointment! This is just unexceptable and very inconvient. I picked my car up from the dealrship this morning after finally getting things handled with the service manager. when I inspected my car, it wasn't washed, there was sandust all over my windshield and and car! not all of the scratches where even removed and the ones they tried to fix, looks obvious. By far thee worst experience I've ever had with a company. its sad because a lot of the people working at germain Honda of dublin make the company "honda" look bad. Something needs to changem asap!
