Comacast/Xnfinity Complaint - Over Charging - Cable

BLAINE, MINNESOTA -- I pay my bill every month amount owed hoe do I end up being charged for over due payment? Last month when I paid my bill I asked do I have any out satnding bill I was told no well then I got call saying I have out standing bill of 35 and so much change I get this all most every 3 months. I'm will say this when I move I will not be having you as my service as in past I've been over charged way too much. people you have working don't know nothing. I say this hire better staff and lower your chargees as I will remove Comcast when time comes.

Call Comcast and ask for the customer loyalty department. They actually have people in that department who can and do resolve billing issues.

Call the 1-800 number, select Tech Support, and then when they answer, ask to please transfer you to their customer loyalty department, and then explain the billing issues you've been having.
