Virginmobil/Assurance Complaint - No Help When Trying To Solve A Fraud Problem
NEWPORT NEWS, VIRGINIA -- I have not been able to use my phone for months I have called e-mailed, and cannot get an answere to my problem. The people I talk to can barley speak English and I can get no answeres. I would like to use the program but they are making it impossible. I don't even know what the problem is, to be able to fix it. They are very unhelpful and send me to other depts time after time. Help me please, this is no way to treat your customers.
