Virginmobil/Assurance Complaint - No Help When Trying To Solve A Fraud Problem

NEWPORT NEWS, VIRGINIA -- I have not been able to use my phone for months I have called e-mailed, and cannot get an answere to my problem. The people I talk to can barley speak English and I can get no answeres. I would like to use the program but they are making it impossible. I don't even know what the problem is, to be able to fix it. They are very unhelpful and send me to other depts time after time. Help me please, this is no way to treat your customers.

on the home page, go to the bottom right and click on Contact us under 'Useful Links'
Hopefully, that may produce results, because otherwise getting ahold of a human that will assist you may be like slogging through molassses. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.

if your trying to use an assurance plan through virgin mobil wireless which also contracts thru sprint...good luck... I tried to save 10$ a month and finally switch my celluar # i had for years to assurnace plan. I had no car and live way out in country, I had to have a phone...bottom line I spent 65$ in 4 or 5 days just to keep the phone in service. This obviously is no bargain. Their service is a nightmare with no one in customer service that even comes close to having a high school education. They didn't even know what the F.C.C. was. Run as far as you can from assurnace wireless, it's a scam done on poor people!
