NEW YORK -- Purity products is one of the most deceptive companies I have ever seen. they sent me products I didn't want, even after I emailed and called them saying to stop the auto-ship program. this cost me nearly $100.00 in credit card fees. just a few days ago they tried to send another $180.00 of product but was declined by my credit card company. they persist in scamming people as witnessed by so many complaints posted online. what the hell is wrong with them?? how can so many radio stations continue to have them as a sponsor/advertiser with so many complaints registered?? I called an hour ago and they said I was being removed from their system. I will monitor my cards carefully from now on. I think legal action against them warrants serious consideration by those affected by their theft and scams

What and how did you become involved with them? It's always important to know exactly what you are getting into, and know what their cancellation policy requires.
