Orbitz Travel Complaint - Horrible Layovers Booking Through Orbitz
Pay attention to the warnings when booking through Orbitz. They will book you with long layovers and no accommodations and then hide behind policy instead of taking care of customers to correct the problem. It also does not help that every time you get someone on the phone you better sit down and prepare for an hour long phone call, apparently no one at Orbitz knows the answers to anything so the spend an hour asking their supervisors. Horrible customer service and in-experienced reps makes for a very very bad experience. DON NOT BOOK THROUGH ORBITZ!!!!! Use Kayak or book directly through the airlines.
