DALLAS, TEXAS -- This was a nightmare. Once I landed at DFW I had to call thrice to get someone to come pick me up. Super shuttle made me wait about 45 minutes before they came by to pick me up and made me wait out in the freezing cold weather for fear of
Missing the cab. They were rude on the phone and only answered when I called from the airport courtesy phone. If I called from my cell phone I was just put on hold for more than 10 minutes. I won't even wish this kind of torture on my enemy. I'd recommend taking a regular cab and paying extra than go through this nightmare!!
