Pinnacle Systems Complaint - Bad support - Studio Deluxe 8
I emailed these people 3 times about a problem.
All I get back is the same answer. Update your software. Well I did update my software. Now the update told me to update my drivers. This is where the problem is. I go to where they say to update my drivers. There are updates for 98se, ME and xp. None for 2000 pro. So I email them again. Guess what the reply is? (UPDATE YOUR SOFTWARE).
This must be the only thing they can read from their script. I hope this complaint will get recognised by someone at Pinnacle with a new script to read from.
