Resolution Update on 12/06/2011:
I emailed the President of the company regarding the issue and his Senior Manager responded and they credited my account for the 54 minutes that were put there in error and was assured that they will take measures not to let it happen again.
WORCESTER, MASSACHUSETTS -- This company is one of the worst out there. I will be writing a complaint with the FCC as well. They have charged me 1 hour for a phone call that lasted 6 minutes. When I saw this I was shocked and this phone call was made from my mobile phone through ATT, but I dialed their 1800 access number to make the international call. So I checked my wirless bill, which also keeps track of my minutes and there - sure enough it said 6 minutes. I called and complained, even faxed them my AT&T bill - and they refused to give me credit or admit that they were at fault. I assume this company adds minutes to everyone’s calls and you don't even know it. However, they messed up big when they added 54 minutes to my call, which made it visible.
Their customer service is the worst of all, they say they will call you back and they never do, they open tickets but that doesn't mean anything, when you call expect to be on hold for at least 30 minutes - so stay away from them unless you want to get burned.
In addition - they claim to have low international rates (which they do). However, what they don't tell you is that they add 49% in taxes that I never heard off to whatever the amount that you spent. For instance: If you made $20 worth of calls, your bill will be ~$30.

The top is my Primus Bill the phone call that lasted 1hr according to them. The bottom one is my ATT
