Consumer Cellular Informative - No Help For Defective Phone Sent To Me. - Cell Phone Service
Cell Phone Service
I've had Consumer for several years with no problems....however...my cell phone stopped working and I decided to get a new phone to upgrade. Consumer Cellular sent me a new phone Motorola WX345, which was fine for a few days. Since then I have been unsuccessful getting support from either Consumer Cellular or Motorola. The Motorola Website is pathetic...very difficult to get any answers, it's designed to confuse so people will leave when frustrated! It will be a cold day in hell before I ever deal with Motorola because of their website.
