Verizon Informative - Be very very very careful when you deal with Verizon Customer support
MONTCLAIR, CALIFORNIA -- When I ordered Verizon phone services for my company, they had me in the phone sign up a one year contract and when I got the bill, it became 3 years, and when I called back to complaint, they insisted that I have agreed for a 3-years contract terms. Also, You will probably never never never understand their billing statement, they made the statement so COMPLICATED so you would just give it up and just pay the bill. 5 years dealing with them and I finally switched to TWC phone and internet services. Now I have the FiOS setup in my neighborhood, the bad experience keeps me away from Verizon. Also the Verizon services was good, however, the service crew always steal company time, a simple job took them no longer than an hour and they would stay there for a day. and after the service, they just stay there resting. The Verizon offers the very good, high tech phone and internet system and so on, but the management and the bad customer practice of the company would gradually losing their customers.
