American General Life and Accident Insurance Complaint - Refund of an ACH

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA -- Can someone explain to me how a company as large as AMERICAN GENERAL LIFE AND ACCIDENT INSURANCE, makes a MISTAKE, charging you account twice. YOU being the smart, bright upstanding citizen that YOU are IMMEDIATELY FAX the proof that they made a mistake, and now you must wait 7 to 10 DAMNED BUSINESS DAYS to get a refund when they AUTOMATICALLY SNATCHED they payment in the first place???!!!
