Cafe Mozart Evanston Complaint - Cafe Mozart - Words of Caution

EVANSTON -- The staff, particularly Joseph (at least this is what he says his name is), is very nasty and rude. He asked us to leave just because we had been sitting for 10 minutes without having yet ordered our coffee. It is because we had just eaten a big lunch and were not yet ready. We left immediately and will never ever return. Neither will our friends and family. Our 2.3 years of loyalty are over.

This review is to make others aware of the piss poor business decision he made and prevent others from being mistreated. Thanks "Joseph" for showing your true colors and saving us from wasting our time again!

I assume that you had this large lunch at this same establishment? If so, it sounds unreasonable. I can see that a business serving lunch would want to usher things along to serve other customers, but you can't push someone out that just finished 10 minutes ago.

Whether or not they ordered lunch at the same establishment, any decent place will let the customers take their time when visiting.

To mistreat customers in this manner is foolish and shows a subconscious wish to want to go out of business as word spreads quickly, especially in the cyber era!
