Sears Complaint - Never Received TV After Layaway
WHITE PLAINS, NEW YORK -- I did a layaway for 40" Toshiba Television. I paid in full. I was advised that the TV was not Available, and would have to be reordered from the Warehouse. Mind you I paid on Nov 4th. After Many days and weeks back and forth with the Store, Customer Serviceand Online Services. I am told today That It was pick up on Nov 19th, and that I had to come down there to prove it was not me. This is the worst I have ever been treated. I feel Like some one just held me up at gunpoint and beat me good.
Never will I use Sears for anything Again, especially Layaway!!!! Stay away.
