Kroger Complaint - Failure to be responsible for employee damages to customer vehicle
FAIRFIELD, OHIO -- My car was rammed by a Kroger employee pushing a massive amount of carts on Nov.21, 2011. Kroger and their third party administrator SEDGWICK CLAIMS denied any resposibility for it and lied about the events and having tapes of the incident. My disappointment in supposed professionals is overwhelming, not to mention basically indicating the customer (A senior citizen) is making all of this up. They took a picture on site and "reviewed the tapes"....but now there are no tapes and no reimbursement. So be very careful in Kroger parking lot, because if you or your car is damaged, they will not accept responsibility for their actions. Consequently, we will never shop at KROGER again and are pulling all our prescriptions, which is significant, as is our family & friends. BE ADVISED!!
