Totalvac Complaint - Totalvac took order with it not in stock and won't return call

I ordered a seal for my pressure cooker on November 2. It is now December 8. Found out they never even had it in stock even though they charged my credit card and took the money. Have called twice only to be put through to voicemail and they have not returned call. I want my money back and will go and search on foot for my product. Wanted it for Thanksgiving Dinner, now don't even know if I will have it for Christmas Dinner. HUMBUG!!!!!!!!

Contact your credit card institution to have the charges reversed.
