Roaman's Complaint - 5 Days in Processing before even shipped

I received this email after asking about my order that had not processed in 5 days.

"My name is Francisco Aguilar. I will be helping you with your issue today. Thank you for your email. Sorry we show that the order was delay due to our customer protection group checking the order to make sure it was not a fraudulent order. The order is in route and should arrived in 6-7 days."

They had made no attempt to contact me to validate the order. I had been checking the order as it was 2 gowns I had ordered for holiday events. I finally contacted them when I was concerned about getting the dresses at all!

I was amazed that they just shipped them regular mail at this time and made no attempt to ship them in a more expedient manner after they had held the order for so long.

A big disappointment! If you order from Roamans make sure you check the processing and shipping. Give your self plenty of time too!

If they truly believed there was fraud involved, that may be consistent with not contacting you. The reason (excuse?) is an unusual one. I'm glad you got it straightened out and the order is on the way.
