Firkins Dodge Complaint - Service Not Trustworthy

Review by obsbizzo1281 on 2011-12-09
BRADENTON, FLORIDA -- I have nothing but issues with my vehicle since I bought it from Firkins. Too many to list, but the most recent had been regarding my brakes. I have complained multiple times about the same brake issues and their continued response is they can't find anything wrong when they test drive it. I take it to another dealer and I find out that all 4 pads and rotors need replacing. The car only has 20,000 miles and has not been driven hard since I bought it (supposedly new). Seems like the brakes had heavy wear and tear when I bought it and Firkins Service didn't recognize or discuss replacement options with me. They actually tried to convince me that this is how Bembo Brakes are supposed to sound.

You may want to look at http://myfloridalegal.com/consumer
it'll have some options, including filing a complaint, that will help you with this problem. In the meantime, it's a pretty good guess that your through dealing with Firkins. (As an aside, I just glanced at Edmunds and they have 1 recommend review vs. 2 do not recommend for Firkins, so we can now put that at 3 to 1 not recommend, I suppose)
