Direct Certificates.com Complaint - Unfulfilled Obligation
I was lucky enough to win 100.00 from Windough.com.I received a certificate from them to be fulfilled by Direct Certificates.com.I was sent the registration number to collect the certificate.I used a little over 25.00 of the certificate and the rest was supposed to be in my account when ever I wanted to use it.When I logged back on the rest of the balance was gone.I e-mailed and received a response to re-enter my registration number that the balance would always be good.I still did not have a balance. I e-mailed again received an inquiry back as to where I received the certificate from. I replyed that I had received it from WinDough and was then advised to take it up with them because they were no longer doing business with WinDough.I don't believe it would be the responsibility of WinDough to explain the missing balance. I had already been advised the balance would always be there.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I want the balance of my certificate reinstated
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
