Nextel Complaint - Terrible Customer Service
FLORIDA -- My company spends over $2000 a month, we ordered another phone that was shipped directly from Nextel, not from one of the local stores. We needed to get a book for the Phone we purchased, after much hassel, we were promised one. Now, we call back to see where is it, and a supervisor from the Maryland Call Center---Todd, said we were probably told that to get us off the phone, and it didn't matter how much money we spent, to bad, we were going to get one, that we should have sent the phone back within 15 days to get a book, Ok, that makes a lot of sense, doens't it?
I have never seen such attitude for customer service, let alone someone who claims to be a supervisor. I bet they all call themselves supervisors, because it doesn't matter how much you complain, they know they aren't going to do anything. How unbelievable. Our field is construction, when some with any competive edge
on the market of direct connect, will put Nextel/Sprint out of business in the walkie talkie field. This attitude in business is highly unprofessional.
