Taco Johns Complaint - Bad Service

RAPID CITY, SOUTH DAKOTA -- Took the wife and kids to Taco Johns to get supper through the drivethru and spent alomost twenty five dollars for the four of us. The fast thru clerk read back the order and it was correct. We got our food and they left out an item, so my wife did not get her food which was about five dollars worth. I think whoever takes the order should pay closer attention to the order as it goes out to the customers.

Mistakes happen all the time...even to the best of em'. The thing that separates good service from bad service, is what they do about it to correct the situation. Did you notify the employees or manager? Did they replace the missing item? It is difficult for them to make things right, if they aren't made aware of the mistake in the first place. Hope things turned out for the best!
