Gold's Gym - Willow Lawn Complaint - Terrible Customer Service

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA -- This gym has terrible customer service. After fulfilling my end of my tanning contract, I cancelled my membership. However they charged me for an additional month. I have been giving them copies of the paperwork proving I was paid up and when I canceled my membership. I have been continuously ignored, my e-mails go unanswered, or if they are answered it is done in an untimely and unprofessional manner. They have done nothing to fix the problem and are now charging me additional fees for not paying what I didn't owe them in the first place. This gym is not worth the hassle and if you join they will find a way to rip you off.

My advice is to avoid this gym at all costs.

Same issues. One person to the next a different policy! Brian says he is the owner well he is not. So you have me accountability at this Gold's. Go anywhere else.,I have watched construction workers come in say they have a membership and gain access to locker rooms with no cards. It is pathetic.
