Best Buy Complaint - Terrible customer service
AMARILLO, TEXAS -- I ordered a lap top from Best Buy to be delivered to the store. The lap top arrived at the store, but they wouldn't let us pick it up. The manager said the system was down and although the computer was there we couldn't pick it up. We've made two trips to the store and talked with customer service three times over the past 4 or 5 days. Still no resolution. The manager recommended cancelling the order. Waiting for Pay Pal to refund the money to us and then coming back to the store and purchasing the computer again. REALLY, I already paid for it! why do I have to cancel my order, wait for a refund and then buy it again?
