Dish Network Complaint - Needs Some Work - Entertainment
Dish representative stated that the signal was much better than it used to be and that the signal almost never failed. Even cloudy days would disrupt service. After about a year I moved. The new address already had dish. The first representative said no problem and that he would put in notes that I should cancel her service and he would provide a free upgrade to my service so that there would be no change in her service. Since my first contact with them in September I have had three different reps telling me three different things, each representative stated a larger charge and different procedures for the change. they have charged my for three months for no service at the old address and there is still no hope for resolution. Too much trouble! We are both going to cancel this service and go back to cable. If you have Dish I hope you have a better experience.
