Walgreens.com Complaint - Don't believe delivery estimates
Purchased an item on-line on 11/27/2011 that specified a delivery time of 3 - 7 days. OK. It is now 12/12 and I still don't have the item. When calling in to inquire, I am told it is 3 - 7 working days. Too bad they don't mention that little detail on their web site. Nonetheless, it is now 15 days with the earliest expectation for delivery on 12/14, for a total of 17 days. How's that for service? Morale of the story.. Don't order on line unless you've got plenty of time to spare and have LOW expectations.
