United Parcel Service Complaint - Spatial issues - delivery services
So, I get it. It's that time of year. Everyone is busy, and companies try to squeeze as much as they can from both the public and their employees alike. However, has every sense of honesty gone out the window for the season?
Hubby ordered some computer parts, almost $1200 in total. They are arriving in different packages as some are shipping from various parts of the country. All are being delivered by UPS. Now, I get the whole "leave it at the door and run" scenario. They're busy, that's fine. But their delivery drop off today, took the fruitcake. Our house is on a back lot and our delivery driver decided to chuck our package about 10 feet down our driveway in a pile of leaves. Really? There was not a single thing in your mind that told you, maybe, that wasn't quite right? Thank god we live in a safe neighborhood and it wasn't snowing or raining. Seriously UPS? You call that service? Here's the kicker, when we checked the delivery conformation online, it read "delivered to front door". I don't think so. If the computer part does not work. Well hmmm, that's a later review. Thanks a lot UPS.
