LIVE OAK, FLORIDA -- I needed a headlight for My vehicle so, I called the local Advance Auto Parts Store # 9335 and spoke with Daniel B. Daniel told Me that He had the light in stock and would hold it for Me to pick up at the front counter. I asked Daniel if they would change the bulb and He stated that He could assist, but not change the bulb. When I arrived at the store, Daniel was waiting with the buld so I could make My purchase without waiting. I asked Daniel for a flashlight and some tools to change the bulb. Not only did He provde the tools but He was more than happy to assist. I got My bulb changed in no time at all. Advance Auto Parts could use more Employees like Daniel B. Daniel truly understands the meaning of Customer Service. Daniel should be rewarded for His Customer service skills because most businesses don't understand the importance of good Customer Service.

The service you received has become fairly common at places like Advance and Auto Zone. It's a great selling point for the stores. I wonder if local municipalities are taking notice to the increased number of repairs being done in regular parking places.

The thing that surprises me is that D was waiting with the bulb in hand. Most of these places will no set anything aside, but wait for you to come into the store. Nice job.
