Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise Complaint - No solution for almost a month
TUCSON, ARIZONA -- I have been a loyal Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise user for over 10 years and have the usual ups and downs with software until now. I reported a major bug in the software on Nov 17, 2011 and still have no resolution. I paid them over $800 for an annual support and upgrade plan in October. I have called, emailed and tweeted to everyone in the company and they just pass the buck to another dept. From regular support to a supervisor to data services to tier 3 support (that has never contacted me yet). Dor my trouble the restotution that I have been offered is 2 months free support. Like that will do any good. I have an office of 5 and now only one user can work at a time and my "administrator" rights crash the system which means we cannot use a great portion of this very expensive software.
