Anna's Linens Complaint - No Product Sent - Refuses To Refund My Money

Since the Customer service Department has stopped responding to my e-mails I am forced to comment on this public forum that Anna's Linens is not concerned with consumer relations. In early October I ordered online. No confirmation or shipping information was sent to me. When the order had not arrived by late October I contacted Customer Service. A claim was filed with UPS in early November. I was told it could take "up to" 30 days. The company has not initiated any communication with me and refuses to refund my money. It has now been over 2 months that they have had my payment and a week longer than the time given for the UPS investigation.

No one will answer my questions or give me the information I need to investigate the matter myself.

If you paid by credit card, contact your credit card company NOW and dispute the charge. They will issue you a refund, and their dispute department will handle everything.
