Sprint Complaint - Sprint Is Ripping People Off
ATLANTA, FLORIDA -- I was a long time customer of Sprint for over 13 years and over the years my bills have been escalating out of control while other carriers are offering more for the money. Sprint holds people hostage with their long 2 year contracts which is highly unscrupulous. I have switched to Metro PCS and I am saving $50 per month on my cellular bill. I am so happy and satisfied, and my service is just the same as Sprint. Of course, Sprint gouged me by charging me $180 when I left them showing me that all they care about is the money and not their customers. At a savings of $50 per month after 4 months I am way ahead of the game. Sprint killed themselves because there is no way I will ever use any Sprint services even if they were the last carrier in the world. Not only this but Sprint is losing at least $100 per month without my business. The funny thing is they think they ripped me off when they are going to lose thousands of dollars over the years by pissing off customer like me. All my friends and family stopped using Sprint because they are no longer competitive. I encourage you as a smart consumer to send a message to Sprint "the bully" and get rid of them. I did and I am a lot better off.
