Kmart Complaint - Awful service
LANTANA, FLORIDA -- I went to Kmart in order to go Christmas shopping. I had an entire cart full of clothing, all of which were on racks that were labeled 40%-50% off. After about an hour and a half of shopping throughout the store, I went to the checkout section to pay for all of my things. I had many problems when paying for my items. Nearly all of the items are incorrectly marked; I never got any of the discounted sales they claimed to have. In one instance, the woman claimed that a pair of jeans that was clearly marked 40% off was actually meant for the year 2012. The manager of the store, Judith, came over and had a bad attitude. At one point she just walked off and left me with the cashier, who seemed as though she was new because she did not know what was going on half the time. I ended up leaving midway through the transaction and telling the cashier that I would rather leave and go to a different store. This is not the first time I have seen this manager, and the last time I visited Kmart, I had left midtransaction as well, due to her attitude. Prices should not be incorrectly marked, and if they are, the employees should be able to handle the situation in a quick and easy way, without attitude.
