Geek Squad - Best Buy Complaint - The Worst Service I Have Ever Seen - Run!
PLANO, TEXAS -- The worst service I have ever had. My daughter's brand new laptop is there for over 5 weeks (!) and counting, and all we get are stories and run around. What a wast of money for their "Black Tie Protection Plan". A group of completely incompetent people. Every time we call, one person says they ordered a new hard drive and it's on its way, another says that it's on back order, and we should call the manufacturer. The third says the computer will be ready within 3 days. It's been 5 weeks and there's no telling when this ordeal will be over. Every day it's a different story and it's just treading water with them. We have not advanced one inch since 5 weeks ago and have no clue when my will ever see our laptop. She had school papers to write, and now has her finals in high school, all without her laptop which is a crucial tool to any high school student. Outrageous. We are beyond frustrated, we are taking this to a higher level. Unbelievable how these con artists are still in business.
