Securus Informative - Fraud - Collect Calls From Rockville Correctional Faucility

ROCKVILLE, INDIANA -- How come I gave my money to Securus and when I get a collect call they say thank you for using Global Telling? Then when I look at my account online for Securus there is not any activity on there. Took me a long time to get them to straighten up that account. I really don't know what to say because of the misrepresentation. I will say that I hate all communications companies because of not being able to communicate with them unless you are buying something from them.

If you suspect fraud, please contact the Office of the Indiana Attorney General at (317) 232-6201 and/or the Attorney General of Maryland at (410) 576-6300. Having notes/documentation of calls, times, dates, etc. available will allow them to better assist you.
