21st Century Auto Insurance Complaint - Pissed Off Customer

BRONX, NEW YORK -- I was in the DMV I needed my ID cards faxed because they needed the barcode. I called them 6 times I waited 4 hours to get these cards faxed. I was so upset people getting their cards faxed in 5 minutes... I'm still waiting. I have been with them for 1 month! They are horrible bad customer service no help at all. I never had that problem with Geico. I had them for 6 years. Going back to Geico!

What happened to your ID card? Or did it not have the barcode?

Your crisis because of lack of planning does not make it someone else's problem. Why would you expect your insurance company or anyone else to drop everything simply because you need something immediately. If you needed the cards, why didn't you obtain them before going? I would feel appreciative they sent them at all, especially when if I called 6 times in 4 hours about it.
