Mission Mitsubishi Complaint - Very poor service - Outlander and down payment

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- This dealership is very poor on communication. I went in two months ago to purchase a 2011 Endeavor. The two so called finance managers, Trey and Tom led me to believe I had a deal. It is now December and the deal did not go thru. I am now in danger of getting my Outlander repossed. Mission did not bother to tell me anything until I contacted them. I asked them about my down payment and they only gave me half back. They are very corrupt at this dealership. They also are making me pay to reregister it. I will never send anyone to this dealership. I'm in the military and will be sure to let other service members know not to go there. They need to hire better people to work there, that actually care about customers and not how much money they can make for themselves. All I want is my full down payment back so I can try not to lose my Outlander.

What explanation did they only give for only returning half of your down payment?

Out of curiosity, why did the deal on the Endeavor fall through?
