Fifth Third Bank Wholesale Division Informative - Bad Experience with 5/3 Bank Wholesale Division - Refinance loan
Refinance loan
5/3 Bank Wholesale Division strung us out from early September wntil December 20th asking for additional information for the loan. Well today we got an email telling us they after nearly 4 months that they were not going to take a chance on the property and would not be issueing the loan. We wasted nearly four months trying to deal with 5/3 Bank Wholesale Department through First Common Wealth Bank.

You might try a different local bank or perhaps a credit union.
