Paradox Security Complaint - Paradox Security Systems

This company's after-sales-service appears to be non-existent? My home alarm system has malfunctioned three years after installation. After several days of trying to get the attention of this company (via e/mails and telephone calls), no one has taken the time to respond! A local (Costa Rica) distributor tells us that their installer is "unable to give you service" because "to fix your burglar alarm is not an easy matter" ? This is the same installer who provided us with the initial product and set-up. Anyone else out there experiencing similar difficulties?
