Amazon.com Complaint - Customer Service at Amazon SUCKS!
SEATTLE, WASHINGTON -- On December 6th I placed an order on Amazon.com for two bearpaw boots for toddlers. On December 7th I received an email saying they would not be able to process my order and that I needed to contact customer service. That day I tried to access my account and was not able to do so. I called Amazon and was told by a representative that someone from the accounts department would call me. The following week I checked my bank account and saw that the charge for the boots was processed. I then tried to check my account and was still not able to do so. I called yet again and was told that a representative would contact me. A few days later I opened a different account with a new email address and ordered a gift card and the same situation occurred. I contacted them again and to no avail I was told that a representative would contact me from the accounts department. I am very concerned because I receive the email stating they can not process an order and then I am charged for the items from my bank. This is a concern for me and would like for a representative to contact me to rectify this situation as soon as possible. I even online chatted with a representative today by the name of Deepa and told her that I needed to speak to someone and that I was filing a complaint with the BBB and she ended the chat.
