NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE -- An Ameriprise driver backed into me a few weeks ago. He took full responsibility, which was correct. The police report indicated he was totally at fault. Ameriprise is saying he is 80 percent at fault, I am 20 percent at fault because I didn't get out of his way or have time to honk. This another example of the victim being cast as the perpetrator. Since the driver took full responsibility and it is corroborated by the police report, how can they get away with this? This company must be held accountable. We must not let businesses like this exist in the United States. It is not American.

Get your insurance involved if you haven't done so. That's what they get paid for.
