Fire Store Online Complaint - Horrible Experience

FLORIDA -- I was so excited to be order an item for my fiance for Christmas. Turns out it was shipped out with no problem. However my mail person decided to take it upon herself and think I was the pervious owner of the home and sent it to another address. I called the company to explain the problem and also explain that it may be coming back to them. The guy on the line had no idea what I was saying and he told me it was an invaild address and zip code. He had a hard time understanding that it was all correct but the USPS messed up. He said he would resend the package to me and was not sure if I would be charged again for shipping. Not a good thing to tell me after it was not my fault! Horrible experience because of how they have handled it.

Seems like this should be a USPS complaint... He's resending the package anyway. If you get charged for shipping again take it up with the USPS and ask for a refund because of their screw up.
