SpeedyPC Complaint - Bait & Switch and no service

1) When I was trying to view a document with an xfdl file extension, Google directed me to SpeedyPC. After considerable difficulty, the SpeedyPC site said it would only work if I purchased your software for $29. But then your site said - you get a refund so the price will only be $9.97, so I said OK - I need to look at this document, so I'll go ahead. Paid, and then the last screen says it actually cost $39.94 instead of the $9.97 offer. (Bait and Switch!)

2) Bad enough, but when I went to view the document, using your software, then your software said I had to get Notepad software to actually view it - Notepad was then downloaded -- and of course it did not work either.

3) I called SpeedyPC website Customer Service and got someone who said to call the Safe Cart company and they would refund my money. Safe Cart said they can't do that, to call the SpeedyPC Customer Service number, which they provided.

Now the SpeedyPC answering machine says there is a wait, but I'm number 0 in line, next I'm number 15, 9 minutes later I'm number 9 and then after that "we are having technical difficulties" plus muzac forever.
