United Airlines Complaint - Poor Customer Service
WASHINGTON DC, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA -- * UAL Lost our bags but refused to assist in helping us find them bcuase the last leg of our journey was on a different airline - that airline referred us back to United for assistance!
* Baggage Supervisor actually hung up on me during the conversation!
* Customer relations would not assist with any baggage issues and would not allow me to speak with a senior manager about our concerns
* Contacted Corporate HQ and left a voicemail message for VP of C. relations - awaiting a callback
* I am a 100k mile customer of United - and they could have cared less about helping me! Perhaps this is one of the reasons they are on the verge of bankruptcy.
